Will the boxes be different?
Not at all! Boxes will be exactly the same as they've always been: you'll continue to receive 7 to 8 products curated by an expert chef, plus the Culture Guide with stories about the products and ideas about how to use them.
Will any previous boxes be repeated?
Yes! Thanks to the feedback we've received from customers asking to bring the Paris Box back, it will be one of the featured boxes this summer. Though very unlikely, any others that may be repeated will feature customer favorites. If for any reason you'd like to skip a box, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 855-841-0303 (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. EST), and we'd be happy to help you.
I love receiving boxes every other month. Can I keep my current subscription plan?
Absolutely! There is no obligation to upgrade to a monthly subscription.
If you'd like to continue receiving boxes every 2 months, but would prefer a different payment plan, the upgrade feature in your account enables you to modify your preferences.
Will the price change?
The price per box for each plan is the same as it's always been. However, there's a new annual payment plan available for the monthly subscription that brings the cost down to $29 per box!
How much does it cost to upgrade my subscription?
During the upgrade process, you will receive credit equal to the value of your current plan. We will automatically deduct this credit from the price of your new plan, which will be charged at the time of the upgrade. For example, if you had a bimonthly subscription charged semiannually (for $105) and upgrade to a monthly subscription charged semiannually (for $198), you will be charged $93 today and $198 on your next billing date.
Will my billing and shipping dates change if I upgrade?
Yes. After you upgrade, you will have new billing and shipping dates. Those details will be available when you select your new plan.
I'm ready to make the switch! How do I upgrade my subscription?
Simply log in to your account and complete the required steps under the Manage Subscriptions tab. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your new billing and shipping dates.
