Started by three friends in 2011, Pico set out to create a Bombay-style sauce that would make it easy to add Indian flavors to almost any meal. This green chutney is made with cilantro and spinach and further nuanced with subtle notes of chili and ginger.
India’s cuisine is synonymous with spices, and this blend features some of the country’s customary seasonings. Including cumin, turmeric, and mustard seed, this hand-blended mix can be used in recipes from chicken tikka masala to seafood coconut curry.
